This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel a service or request a refund through the Ample Pay platform available at https://amplepay.in.
Cancellation requests will only be considered if they are made within 1 day of placing the order. Requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or delivered.
We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, food items, or other consumables. However, refunds or replacements may be considered if the product quality is unsatisfactory.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 1 day of receiving the product. The issue will be verified before approving a refund or replacement.
If the product received is not as shown on the website, notify our support team within 1 day of delivery.
Products covered under manufacturer warranty should be handled directly by the manufacturer.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
